Rachel is a mom of 2 and an amazing Holistic Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist who specializes in women’s pelvic health, pregnancy and postpartum pelvic health, and pediatric pelvic health. With a background in inpatient rehab, school-based therapy, and specialized pelvic health training, she integrates physical, mental, emotional, and energetic care to support new women and children in their recovery journey.
Rachel offers client-centered, body-positive therapy, helping individuals regain strength and overall health and wellness.
